“I personally get to see the smiles on parent’s faces when they pick up their children’s gifts.  I see their appreciation and I explain to them that the gifts are from generous people in the community.  We are thankful for TDC’s Angel Tree event year after year because it means so much to our children and families.  We could not make this happen without you.  We are grateful for your kindness.” – Communities in Schools Partner, Peter’s Colony Elementary School

Angel Tree

November 28-December 5

Join us in being Other People Focused by participating in our Angel Tree program! By claiming a child on the Angel Tree, you can make sure they will have presents to open on Christmas morning. This ministry provides an opportunity for us to image the generosity of Christ to these little ones.

What do I do?

  1. Pick an ornament from one of the trees in FBC Argyle's main lobby, representing a child in need

  2. Use the information provided on the ornament to guide you in buying gifts for your angel

  3. Bring your angel's gifts with you to our 5:00pm gathering on Saturday, December 5

“Last year I had a family that had an unexpected change in their financial situation right before Christmas. Our partnership with The Door Church helped provide this family with the only gifts they received that year. The mom was so relieved and grateful to have something for her kids to open on Christmas morning. Thank you for helping us spread holiday cheer. We could not do it without you!”  – Communities in Schools Partner, Little Elm High School

Praise God for this opportunity to serve children in our community!
