Day 1 - Sunday

 

  • 5:00a: Drop off at Lewisville (2700 Denton Tap Rd, Lewisville, TX 75067)

  • 6:30a: Leave Lewisville campus

  • 7:45a: Arrive at Buc-ee’s (506 I-20, Terrell, TX 75160)

  • 8:15a: Leave Buc-ee’s, resume travel

  • 12p: Lunch

    • Bus #1: Chick Fil A (911 Glenwood Dr, West Monroe, LA, 71291

    • Bus #2: Whataburger (2411 Louisville Ave, Monroe, LA, 71201

  • 1p: Resume travel

  • 6p: Dinner

    • Bus #1: Whataburger (29651 State HWY 181, Daphne, AL, 36526)

    • Bus #2: Chick Fil A (30500 Sr 181 unit B, Spanish Fort, AL, 36527)

  • 7p: Resume travel

  • 8:30p: Arrive at condos

  • 11:00p: Quiet hours

Day 2 - Monday

  • 8am-12p: Grocery pick up (van; Mark & AJ)

  • 9:00a: Breakfast & free time

  • 9:30a: Beach time

  • 11:45a: Lunch

  • 12:30p - 4p: Beach time

  • 3:00p: Check in with Student Life (van; Mark & Chistow)

  • 5:00p: Domino's Pizza by the pool

  • 6:30p: Bus #1 & #2 Pick up from condos

  • 6:45p: Drop off at Convention Center

  • 7:00p: Evening session

  • 8:30p: Bus #1 & #2 Pick up from Convention Center

  • 8:45p: Drop off at condos

  • 9p: Small Group discussion

  • 11:00p: Quiet hours

 

Day 3: Tuesday

  • 8:00a: Wake up - Breakfast - Prepare for morning session
